Trade for prosperity

Choosing the right care provider can be a challenge for many families, especially when coming to the realisation that an elderly individual needs help with daily living tasks or a chronic health condition. It is commonly thought that relocating to residential care is the only solution, but this is no longer the case.

The Good Care Group (TGCG) is an award-winning provider offering fully-managed and regulated home care across England and Scotland. This allows individuals to remain in the comfort and familiarity of home without the need to move into residential care. Our homecare services include 24-hour live-in care, a respite service and an hourly visiting service in London, which offers great flexibility.

We are proud to achieve the highest possible rating of ‘Outstanding’ from the Care Quality Commission (CQC) in England and an ‘Excellent’ rating from the Care Inspectorate (CI) in Scotland. This reflects the professional and compassionate care that is provided to all our clients.

Our carers have experience from professional or personal settings and undergo an extensive induction programme upon joining. This programme covers various areas, including dementia, safeguarding and end-of-life care. Endorsed by Age UK for its quality and going above industry standards, this award-winning training ensures that our carers deliver unrivalled support and companionship.

With a team of experts at the forefront of our care provision, we are specialists in caring for people with an array of long-term health conditions such as dementia, Parkinson’s, stroke rehabilitation and multiple sclerosis. Our team of in-house clinicians is led by a Consultant Admiral Nurse and Occupational Therapist, who oversee and support care delivery for complex needs. By having this Specialist Care Service in place, we are able to monitor and improve health outcomes, whilst enhancing the overall quality of life for our clients.
